KWScreenPrinting LLC is an Established company located in southeast Portland. Locally owned and operated, collective of young, ambitious printers. We pride ourselves on our fast turnarounds, custom printing, and our ability to work with a variety of medias.

PMSing or Pantoning a color is an additional $15.00 per color, we use the latest Pantone™ book.

Information you should know before using the form.

To get the most accurate quote possible, please provide us with as much information as possible. You should at least know the amount you want printed, how many colors, placement, color of garment, and the serial number of the garment you would like. To get the best price possible it is best to order at least 12 of a size of a color, there is a big price break if you get a dozen.

FAQ

Turn Around Times

Depending on the size of the job it is usually 10 business days, rush orders are available if you need something sooner

Specialty Inks, Pantone

We are able to do Pantone color matching, Specialty Inks (Gold, Silver, Metallic, Puff, etc.) Discharge, Burnout, all in our warehouse, and if we don't have it we will order it in or mix it.

Print Sizes

Our standard palette size is 15"x15" for guys, and 13"x13" for girls, our oversized palettes are 16"x21". We can also make custom pallet sizes to accommodate different sizes.

Payment

We offer cash discount, but accept all major credit cards. We take full payment in advance to start your order. From when we get payment on the final invoice is when the 7-10 business days begins.

Requirements

KWScreenprinting uses all the latest Adobe software

In the office we keep up with the latest graphic software and design trends. We work with Adobe Creative Suite 4, and prefer vector (.ai, .eps, .pdf*) images for the highest quality prints. If done in Photoshop, make sure it is made to size (300dpi), separate colors are on different layers

Don't have artwork, or don't have a digital file?

If you don't have any artwork, let our design team make something for you. Or if you don't have a digital file bring in your ideas or drawings and we can digitize it for you. Computer work starts at 30 dollars an hour. Once you get your design digitized we give it to you on a disk so you can use it for anything else, even if it isn't with us.
